Popis: The impact of a training program based on constructive learning based on sustainable development for physics teachers in middle schools ,Know the effect of training physics teachers on their scientific culture, Know the effect of training physics teachers on the mental achievement and motivation of their students, The second and third goals can be verified by testing the following two null hypotheses:- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average grades of physics teachers (the experimental group) who participated in the training program and the grades of the teachers (the control group) who did not participate in the training program in the scale of scientific culture.- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of students of physics teachers, the experimental group, who participated in the training program, and the grades of students of physics teachers in the control group who did not participate in the training program in the academic achievement test and the motivation scale The research sample included (34) physics teachers for the fourth scientific grade, and it was distributed randomly between the two groups that participated in the training program. It included (16) schools and teachers, and the other officers included (18) schools and teachers who were rewarded with variables (certificate, gender, qualification, previous experience Training courses) and the research community included (340) i.e. (160) students of the experimental group teachers and (180) students of the control group by (10) students for each school and teacher, who were rewarded in the variable (mental motivation).
