The authors have suggested a structurally functional model of a system controlling intellectual and creative resources in the conditions of organizational changes on the basis of system and synergetic approach. As a methodological basis of controlling intellectual and creative resources (ICR) in the conditions of organizational changes, the authors suggest to apply principles and requirements of synergy and the theory of systems which are seldom used for such tasks solution. |
