| Popis: | The article is aimed at a theoretical substantiation of the formation of an adaptively oriented system of enterprise management, taking into account internal and external influences along with new challenges of society. According to the results of the carried out research, the author defines that realities are formed under the influence of economic laws, which leads to an increase in the level of competition in both domestic and foreign markets. Accordingly, in order to effectively function the management of domestic enterprises needs to produce and implement innovative managerial solutions aimed at increasing competitiveness through the operation of an adaptively oriented management system. The principles and functions of formation of an adaptively oriented management system of enterprise are singled out; the stages of its development and implementation are examined. It is determined that the efficient direction of solving this problem is the formation and functioning of adaptive and organizational structures of enterprise management. Vector directions of efficiency of adaptively oriented management system of enterprise are outlined and its models are defined. It is specified that in the development of an efficient management system it is necessary to take into account the requirements of uncertainty and form adaptation mechanisms that will reduce the impacts of risks from crisis phenomena, as well as create opportunities for the development of domestic enterprises. |
