Popis: We have prepared samples of high temperature superconductors namely Bi2-xTlx Ba2Ca2Cu3O10+δ using solid state reaction. The samples have been characterized using x-ray diffraction (XRD), and resistivity measurements using the electrical resistivety measurement. The x-ray data of all superconductor samples showed a tetragonal structure with a high ratio of Bi-2223 superconducting phase.The substitution of Tl by Bi increases the grain size of the superconducting phase and the density of the pellets. Also give a best value of Tc 139 K respectively .
