On April 9 and 10, 2019, the Fifth international forum «Arctic – territory of dialogue» was held in St. Petersburg. Russian and international experts, representatives of Federal agencies and regional authorities, Russian and foreign companies discussed the pressing problems of the Arctic development. The author summarizes the main results of the event, shares his impressions about its work. |
