| Popis: | Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumor in GIT. However, the synchronous coexistence of GIST with other gastrointestinal malignancy is not so common. Herein, we report an unusual case of synchronous gastric GIST and gastric adenocarcinoma in a 74 years old male patient. |
