| Popis: | The article presents a clinical case of a patient with respiratory tuberculosis, who experienced the amplification of drug resistance against the background of inadequate chemotherapy for tuberculosis. It demonstrates the need for express drug susceptibility tests which allows timely prescription of the adequate regimen and thereby minimizing the chances of drug resistance amplification. |
