| Popis: | Abstract— Discussion of the opportunities for growth of intellectual capital (IC) offered by virtualization of business operations is a topic rarely present in literature. Thanks to a modification in a method evaluating the level of intellectual capital in an enterprise it was possible for the author to determine the most important stimulating paths and hindering factors that impact the growth of customer, organizational and human capital. The modification took into account the positive impact on the owner of an enterprise, risks and the necessity to increase net assets. The author discusses the issue of the intellectual capital from the point of view of companies operating within the so called sharing economy and two-sided markets (Internet platforms). Additionally, the author touches upon such modern solutions as BlockChain or the Internet of Things. |
