Popis: The concept of human capital, is defined as the set of abilities, knowledge, experiences, values, which accumulate through the investment in education giving place to the economic growth of the enterprise, to the social progress of the workers, and to the rate of performance in such investment to be positive and so the distribution of the income be more equal. The investment in the human capital and its relation with the level of incomes and the productivity is important to promote the improvement of policies, substantiated in the analysis and where the results involve the efficiency of the educational system, the optimization of the incomes perceived, to the microenterprises to develop efficient levels of productivity to survive in this globalized and changing world in the cultural, economic, social and technological aspects.
