Popis:	In this article, the authors consider the problem of regulating realtor activity in the Russian Federation, and suggests ways to fix it. In view of the special importance of the real estate market, the needs to protect the rights of citizens, the wide dissemination of disparate contractual constructions, the authors defend the viewpoint of the need for legalization of the realtor contract.
