Popis: Thread connection is a common component of oil well pipe,which is used to connect oil casing,drilling tools,etc.and transmit power.The failure of thread connection is the most common failure mode of oil well pipe,and the surface state of thread has an important impact on the safety and stable use of connecting parts.In this paper, the application and research status of surface treatment technology on oil well pipe from the aspects of the necessity of surface treatment of oil well pipe thread, heat treatment of thread surface, coating, solid lubricating coating were summarized.Gluing is a key problem to be solved in thread surface treatment.Therefore, the influence of laser heat treatment, nitriding,solid lubrication coating and other processes on thread anti-gluing effect was focused on.Besides, the role of mechanical surface treatment methods such as cold rolling and sand blasting in improving the fatigue performance of material surface were briefly introduced.
