There is substantial body of literature arguing about self-plagiarism phenomenon. It is a problematic issue which raised controversy among researchers. While proponents consider ethical and legal issues, opponents argue about misnomer and the contradictory of plagiarizing researcher’s own work. This paper aims to explore this phenomenon.
