Popis: The aim of this study is to explore the levels of Social Well-being of Chilean teachers and its relationship with Trust in Institutions and Attitude towards Citizenship. This is an empirical study, using validated Likert-type scales. Correlation and regression analyses were used to explore the relationships between these variables and to understand how they influence each other. The results indicate significant correlations between teachers' Social Well-being and their Attitude towards Citizenship, as well as their level of Trust in Institutions. In addition, moderate interactions were observed in which Trust in Institutions influenced the relationship between Attitude towards Citizenship and Social Well-being. The results showed lower levels of Social Well-being than other similar studies on teachers. Both Trust in Institutions and Attitude towards Citizenship showed significant positive correlations, although of moderate strength, and somewhat stronger in the Non-Conventional dimension of Attitude towards Citizenship.
