Establishment of an induced pluripotent stem cell line (ZZUSAHi002-A) derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a healthy individual

Popis: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from a 32-year-old female and were reprogrammed to human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using non-integrative Sendai viral vectors containing reprogramming factors OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 and cMYC. The ZZUSAHi002-A iPSC line expresses pluripotency markers, exhibits a normal female karyotype (46, XX) and has the capacity to differentiate into three germ layers in vivo. This iPSC line may be used for cell transplantations, drug testing and biological tissue engineering.
