Popis:	The paper presents the materials on modern diagnostics and treatment of 110 patients with pancreatic head cancer, complicated by jaundice syndrome. The author analyses the results of the modern instrumental diagnostic methods, which make it possible to stage the tumor and to define the optimal tactics of treatment. 30 patients got the combined treatment, 54 - radiation therapy, 16 - complex treatment, 10 - palliative surgery. 5-year survival after the combined treatment was 20,0% ± 10,3%
