The article presents the results of a research on the teachers' wage trajectory in Paraná state school systems and Curitiba municipal school system, between 1996 and 2015. This twenty-year track record includes at least five changes in the municipal and state government and the implementation of the teachers national minimum wage law (PSPN). This study sought to identify the scope of teachers appreciation promise at the entrance into the profession. |
