| Popis: | The aim of the article is to study the theoretical and methodological approaches to business process management in a wholesale enterprise and develop a conceptual approach to business process management in the system of management decision making. Based on the results of the research, the imperfection of the elaboration of the methodological and organizational bases for implementing the process approach in managing business processes in wholesale enterprises has been revealed. It is noted that the attention of scientists to the implementation of process-oriented approach is increasing, though in practice it has not found its application in domestic enterprises. However, in modern realities, the application of this approach is limited only to the development of documents that describe the order of performance of various works, and activities of enterprises are aimed at applying the process approach or the functional one. To make effective management decisions in the business process management system in a wholesale enterprise, there developed a conceptual model, which is an abstract one and includes a structure of relations between business processes. Prospects for further research in this direction are to determine the parameters of the assessment of “bottlenecks” in business processes of a wholesale enterprise that affect the results of its activities in the system of management decision making. |
