The article reviews international experiences in the designing of in-patient medical institutions: hospitals, medical centers, health centers, social welfare centers, psychiatric rehabilitation centers, centers for people with disabilities, mental health centers. Current trends in the design of these typologies in the form of spatial and functional models are identified. A concept of mental health center is introduced. |
