Popis: The most pronounced deglaciation of Greenland of the last several hundred thousand years occurred during Marine Isotope Stage 11. Here, the authors show that it was the exceptional duration of the interglacial period that allowed Greenland to melt even though temperatures were only moderately warmer than today.
