Popis: | We present the results of a case study; its purpose is centered on the study of the representation of work meaning in employments plans participants. Social Politics approach of State reforms, delimite the action axis by the instrumentation of “focalized politics”; analyzing poverty and excluded people more as objects of scientific knowledge than as social practices that might involve them as subjects of transformation. The base of our analysis is poor people that can not become objects of change but can be considered as objects in need of assistance.Studying meanings and values that beneficiaries of work plans programs assign to employment, the authors emphasize the way in which these programs stigmatize subjects, undermining their real competences and work skills. |
