Research on planning height adjustment strategy of shearer in transparent working face

Popis: Based on the geological model of the transparent working face, extracting the planned cutting curve and formulating the height adjustment strategy of the shearer is the core of intelligent coal mining. Among them, studying how the shearer uses the cutting curve to achieve efficient cutting is the key to open up the intelligent linkage between the geological model and the fully mechanized mining equipment. The shearer is planned and cut by controlling the rocker arm, and the control of the rocker arm is determined by adjusting the height of the oil cylinder. Parameters are the key to realize transparent working face planning and cutting. Therefore, this paper analyzes the cutting curve planning principle based on the transparent geological model, establishes the automatic height adjustment model of the transparent working face, and analyzes the mapping relationship between the cutting curve and the adjustment height of the oil cylinder, and on this basis, the coal mining is carried out. The engineering application of the shearer planning height adjustment is used to verify the feasibility of guiding the shearer height adjustment with the geological model. The research results show that: the cutting curve obtained based on transparent geology can guide the shearer to achieve efficient coal mining; the key parameters such as mining height, undercover and slope calculated from the cutting curve can control the automatic adjustment of the shearer cylinder. Based on the construction of the shearer automatic height adjustment model and the analysis of related influencing factors, the purpose of precise control of the height of the oil cylinder can be achieved by improving the accuracy of the model, which provides a solid technical support for the realization of intelligent mining of transparent working faces.
