Popis: Objective: To evaluate physicians' knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) on Work-related Accident Reports (Comunicações de Acidentes de Trabalho, CATs) in Primary Care. Methods: A cross-sectional study carried out from November 2020 to January 2021, with application of the Survey to 229 physicians from Fortaleza, Ceará. The instrument was sent electronically with questions about knowledge, attitude and practice in relation to the CAT. The project was approved by a Research Ethics Committee under opinion No. 4.263.48. Results: The highest inadequacy rate was related to practice (85.59%).
