Popis: Dynamical breakup of projectile-like fragments (PLF) following dissipative reactions of 48 Ca projectiles with 112 Sn and 124 Sn is shown to exhibit “isoscaling” regularities that can be understood in terms of phase space governed by ground state masses. Ambiguities in isoscaling parameters obscure information on nuclear symmetry energy at subnormal densities.
