Popis: Currently accepted technologies for rearing animals provide for year-round stall keeping, subject to a high concentration of livestock in a limited area of \u200b\u200bthe premises. All this contributes to the accumulation of significant amounts of microflora in the air and on the production surfaces of the premises. Abundant contamination of the surfaces of building envelopes with microorganisms also contributes to their long-term and continuous operation with a very short preventive break. All this has a negative impact on the intensity of immunity and the susceptibility of livestock to diseases. Changes in microclimate conditions contribute to the reproduction of pathogenic microflora and provoke the occurrence of diseases of various etiologies, also cause a decrease in the productive qualities of farm animals and cause significant economic damage. Disinfection should be considered not as an isolated independent method of decontamination of certain environmental objects, but as one of the elements of a complex of anti-epizootic measures, as well as part of the technology for the production of livestock products and the processing of products and raw materials of animal origin. Veterinary and sanitary technology, like any other, is being improved - new disinfectants and equipment for disinfection are being developed; and scientific research in this area does not lose its novelty and relevance. It was found that the treatment of test objects with a disinfectant had a high disinfecting efficiency against strains of test microorganisms. At exposures of 15 and 30 minutes, a pronounced bactericidal activity was noted on various surfaces. In the course of our research, we have obtained new knowledge about the developed disinfectant, which has an effective bactericidal effect against pathogenic clinical isolates of microorganisms.
