| Popis: | Objective: To find association between CHA2DS2-VASc-HSF score and severity of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), assessed by Gensini score in Non-ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI) patients. Study Design: Analytical Cross-sectional study. Place and Duration of Study: Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology/National Institute of Heart Disease, Rawalpindi Pakistan, from Jan to Jul 2023. Methodology: Total one hundred and forty-seven patients were included using non-probability consecutive sampling. For the purpose of study, participants having NSTEMI, confirmed by elevated biomarkers, who had coronary angiography, were included in the study.
