Vibration Characteristic Analysis of Differential Reducer Gear Pair Considering Random Manufacturing Error

Popis: In order to study the influence of random manufacturing error on the vibration characteristics of differential gear drive system of a new energy vehicle,the Lagrange energy method is used to establish the bending torsion shaft coupling vibration dynamic model of differential gear drive under multi-source time-varying excitation. The base pitch error and tooth profile error of the gear system are regarded as random variables,which are described by the random variables following the normal distribution law,and the dynamics analysis of the differential reducer transmission system is carried out by using the numerical simulation software. The results show that with the increase of random manufacturing error dispersion,the axial vibration amplitude of gear pair increases gradually,but the radial vibration of gear pair has no obvious change.
