| Popis: | This article aims to verify if the public archives management in Morocco contributes to fulfilling reform’s objectives especially transparency and the optimal use of resources. To fully grasp the subject, a case study was chosen to allow a deeper understanding of the subject complexity, and issue some recommendations that may render managing archives as a better support for administration’s reform process. |
