Popis:	The distributed client-server system of broadcast quality monitoring in RF proposed in the paper uses the necessary equipment, including BER bit error sensors based on programmable receivers combined with single-board microcomputers implemented on SoC processors. Collection and processing of data in broadcasting areas with the proposed monitoring system will allow specialists involved in practical network development to give an objective conclusion about the need and ways of SFN network reconstruction to ensure uninterrupted TV and radio broadcasting in the Russian Federation.
