Popis: | The aim of the article is to realize the cultural reception of the conceptual components of the image of government in the sports and artistic events in the 21st century. Research methodology of study is to apply an interdisciplinary approach using axiological, semiotic, structural and functional methods and a modeling method. Results. The phenomenon of government in the cultural process of the 21st century has been considered using Michel Foucault’s concept. It has been defined as discursive and implicit in all social institutes of society and social relations. The government has been defined in sports and artistic events as a body, the elements of which are broadcasted to the public space and to the international political arena by means of visual elements of mass shows. The author defines and studies the components of the government body structure. They are the following: mythological worldview, features of geographical location, stage performance of key historical events and the appearance of historical figures, artistic interpretation of the border of the past and present, the development of national dignity, revealing the features of the country’s uniqueness and the interpretation of the role of the tourist industry as a condition of the well-being and the economic success. Novelty. The components of the stage representation of the government body in the cultural processes of the 21st century have been defined and considered drawing on the example of sports and artistic events. The practical significance. The study materials can be used in developing the lectures on the history and theory of culture, cultural industries, arts, communication strategies in visual art practices, audio-visual culture and practical courses of the mass spectacle production. |
