My article purports to analyze the passages of EN and MM in which Aristotle deals with the theme of natural right. As these passages are complex, they have generated quite a disagreement among commentators about how to interpret the character of natural right as existing everywhere. The focus of this article will consist in taking the position of the commentators as a starting point for defending the claim that natural right is changeable. |
