Before applying mathematical methods in data processing, it is necessary to logically analyze the concept of the effectiveness оf education. Analysis shows that it is nоt pоssiblе to look at the question of the effectiveness of this or that method in general, but it is possible to speak only about its effectiveness according to some parameters. |
