Popis: Protein aggregation plays a crucial role in several neurodegenerative diseases. Here the authors demonstrate that phosphorylation of β-amyloid aggregates—the pathological hallmark of Alzheimer's disease—can change the molecular properties of aggregates, suggesting how phosphorylation contributes to disease progression.
