Popis: Architecture and urbanization are the sciences relevant to inhabitancy-residential needs of the human being. The significance of these sciences illuminates when the human needs get physical and spatial representation and the goal is to gain the space which humans deserve. If such a space is defined as a space which has the characteristics the human demands in addition to human aspects, this study is done and presented to show what the specifications of proper house are for the safety and motional comfort of the veterans and paralyzed people. Objective: the objective of this study is to design an optimized house appropriate with the properties, capabilities and the needs of the paralyzed person. Moreover, the criteria for the designing of the housing areas are introduced so as to adjust these areas for the life of this group of citizens and to adapt the existing constructed areas with their needs. Consequently, in this study, the method of housing designing for the veterans and the physical-motional paralyzed people are taken into consideration. In this research, Sarv Complex situated in Resalat Town in Esfahan is investigated and analyzed as a field work. It is considered as a place in which a physical and motional paralyzed person lives. Furthermore, attempts are made to recognize the weakness of housing designing the above-mentioned people. The conclusion of this study is presented as suggestions in the tables.
