Popis: Abstract: Thoughtful sequels had been generated during and after COVID-19 pandemic in Algerian higher education. Learning environment changed greatly, principally, in a reduction in the time spent for learning, and the use of digitalized notes posted online through Moodle platform. Therefore, students can study from there without having to resort to teacher’s assistance or sheets of paper. However, the majority of students seem not to participate in virtual education, and prefer the face to face teaching -despite less time spent for learning achievement- but with the guarantee to take the written texts of their courses. Thus, the focus of the present paper aims to examine the impact of two axes of learning process; first, it will examine the question of time as a factor quality of achievement in education in general and the higher education in particular. Second, it will peruse the importance of paper usage in written content learning, juxtaposed at the same time to online learning necessity. It is all about teacher and student scholastic performance within this dualism. Keywords: Paper, educational Time, learning quality, achievement, online drawbacks.
