Trajectory Control Technology of Bedding Drilling in Medium Thick Coal Seam

Popis: There are some problems existing in the field application of progressively extended drilling technology such as unclear active exploration distance, high probability of outside the coal seam, exploration inefficiency and so on. This paper puts forward some solutions. According to the characteristics of coal drilled out, the active exploration distance is dynamically adjusted. The estimated roof and floor inclination of coal seam by weighted average method is used as the reference of trajectory control. If the drilling trajectory exits the coal before active exploration, the technology of inclination comparison and priority to lower branch drilling can be adopted to control the borehole trajectory. Combined with the fault exploration project of Anshan Coal Mine, the method has been verified, the results show that the technology can improve the drilling efficiency of bedding drilling in medium thick coal seam.
