The article touches upon the issues connected with deferment of punishment. Suggestions are grounded for improving the Russian Criminal-executing and Criminal Code norms, as well as normative-legal acts referring to the issues of punishment deferment. It is proposed to adjust Section VIII of the Ministry of Justice Order of 20 May 2009 # 142, Clauses 25 and 26 of the Decree of the Russian Supreme Court Plenum of 21April 2009 # 8 to the Federal law of 21 February 2010 № 16-ФЗ. |
