Popis: Affinity purification-mass spectrometry (AP-MS) can identify endogenous protein interactions but the need for high amounts of input material still limits its applicability. Here, the authors present a microfluidic-based AP-MS workflow that can capture protein interactions from 50─100-fold less input material than conventional approaches.
