Popis: Perhaps the concept that until now has been considered since the beginning of organizations and behalf, the concept of organizational performance. The performance of organizations, meaning that alone justifies the existence of survival and even the dissolution of Sazman‌Hast and organizations primarily philosophy, the same function respectively. Purpose of this study was the impact organizational change strategy on job performance teachers Sanandaj city. Research method was descriptive- correlation And among teachers of all grade levels sanandaj city and with the method available sampling a sample of 372 people were chosen. Measuring tool was standard questionnaires job performance Byrne et al (2005), and organizational change strategies salvati and salasi (1393). For variables Cronbach's alpha Calculated was Represents Reliability satisfying and coordination of the questionnaire. Used To test this hypothesis from Pearson’s correlation coefficient, factor analysis, path analysis. The results showed in between Dimension Strategies; experimental- rational, normative- retraining and Change-oriented With Job performance teachers there is a significant positive relationship; But between strategies mandatory – authority With Job performance teachers there is no significant relationship.
