Popis: The mechanisms underlying deep pressure sensing are not fully understood. Here the authors demonstrate that while two individuals lacking Aβ fibers demonstrate impaired deep pressure sensing, seven individuals with PIEZO2 loss of function mutations display normal deep pressure responses.
