Levels of brainwork workers’ professional adaptation and some approaches on their improvement

Popis:	Own results of research on a condition of brainwork workers’ professional adaptation are presented in article. The general selection of research made 172 employees who represented different professional groups: lectures, staff of financial and information services of three higher education institutions of Moscow and Yelets. The analysis of the obtained data revealed low level of adaptation processes at the staff of financial services. Teachers of universities showed the average level of adaptability. The best results on adaptedness level in the professional sphere it was noted at employees of information services. Proceeding from the received results, some preventive and correctional approaches for improvement of adaptation processes among workers of brainwork are offered.
