Popis: The delivery of single therapeutic microRNAs in brain cancers is challenging. Here, the authors engineer three neuronal microRNAs (miR-124, 128 and 137) into a cluster that, targeting oncogenic chromatin repressors, increases survival of GBM-bearing mice when combined with chemotherapy.
