Popis:	The article is aimed at studying the prospects of development of the remote banking services: both the positive and the negative aspects in Ukraine. The advantages and disadvantages of using the remote banking services are analyzed; recommendations on introduction of the remote banking service in Ukraine are developed; their impact on the quality of services provided by banking institutions is investigated. Special attention is paid to exploration of the threats, which appear when using the remote banking services, and ways to minimize them.
