Popis:	Khlystov et al. introduce a new plant-based system (N. benthamiana) as a platform to rapidly produce a diverse array of recombinant fungal lignin-degrading enzymes. This study provides an initial framework to better understand the coordinated efforts of various lignin-degrading enzymes during fungal lignin deconstruction in nature.
