Popis:	The purpose of this article is to indicate some of the tasks of microprudential supervision authorities (EIOPA and KNF) in the field of out-of-court dispute resolution on the insurance distribution market, which may directly concern customers of insurance distributors. The second part of the study will present the tasks of microprudential supervision authorities that solve problems on the insurance distribution market by indirectly influencing the customer and by ensuring customer security – for example EIOPA cross-border dispute resolution.
