Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the creatine kinase (CK)-MB/total CK ratio, neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and red blood cell distribution width in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted of 196 AMI cases from our hospital’s cardiology department; healthy people were selected over the same period as the control. The two groups’ test indexes were compared through multivariate logistic regression analysis to screen for AMI risk factors; the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate their AMI predictive values.
