| Popis: | A case of a 42-year-old female patient with pulmonary pathology associated with steroid-resistant ulcerative colitis (UC) is presented. Prevalence of pulmonary alterations is considered to be low among other extraintestinal manifestations of UC. However, being clinically overt they can significantly complicate therapeutic management and worsen the prognosis. In such cases differential diagnosis with drug-induced pulmonary injury is needed. |
