Popis: | The pathogenesis of uterine fibroids remains controversial and raises many questions. The causes and mechanism of development of large leiomyoma are unknown. In the work the pathogenic mechanisms of large leiomyomas growth were estimated for different age groups. The research was based on studying of the expression of TGF-β, CD117, PD-ECGF, Ki67, connexin and nestin in postoperative material by comparing the clinical and morphological data. The most pronounced activity of growth areas, identified by molecular markers, was found in women over 45 years with LMMB-size, which requires the vigilance of cancer. |
