Popis: | Values of intensities of photovoltaic and diffusion fields were determined in congruent LiNbO3 crystals both nominally pure and doped by zinc due to parameters of a photoinduced light scattering. A change in electro-optical properties of LiNbO3 : Zn crystals at an increase in the zinc concentration to a threshold value was shown to be determined by particularities of oxygen octahedra deformations and an order of cation sublattice structure units along the polar axis. |
