| Popis: | This paper describes detection of some typical plant viruses infecting Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. plants in Ukraine. Diagnostics using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) confirmed presence of antigens of viruses belonging to Tobamovirus (РММоV, ТоМV), Cucumovirus (CМV) and Tobravirus (TRV) genera in sap of tomato plants. When studying viral diseases of tomatoes, monoinfection was shown to be prevalent. Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) was most common. |
