Popis: Recurrent glioblastomas (rGBM) have dismal outcomes, but long-term survival has been observed in subsets of patients after immunotherapy. Here the authors report a positive association between low tumor mutation burden, inflammatory gene signatures, and survival after immunotherapy in rGBM patients.
